What is Wholistic Fitness™?

There is more to our bodies then meets the eye.  We all are made up of a unique mix of genes, atoms, particles.  Every-Body is unique.  It’s important to consider this uniqueness in our everyday lifestyle, and also in how we exercise.  We know that not one approach to health and fitness works for two people alike. Wholistic Fitness™ combines ancient knowledge and modern science to  formulate a completely unique-to-You plan to balance your body and mind and help you reach your health and fitness goals in a safe and effective manner.

Wholistic Fitness™ is a Multi-Dimensional approach to Wellness.  It’s focus is not exercise alone, but also lifestyle and nutrition and takes into consideration the physical-, mental-, and emotional body.

Step ONE:  Contact me

Step TWO:  Wholistic Fitness™ Consultation and Assessment

The most important part of this program.  We get together for a physical assessment and a comprehensive Body-Mind consultation to see what areas need to be addressed.

Step THREE:  Start your 12 Week Program

We formulate a Workout and Nutrition Plan based on your Wholistic Fitness™ Consultation and Assessment.  This plan will help you to optimize your nutrition and lifestyle at home while we work out together 2-3 times per week.

The 12 Week Wholistic Fitness™ Package is not just meant for people who want to work out and lose weight, but also for anyone who is concerned about physical conditions that can be brought on by lifestyle choices, sedentary lifestyle, lack of nutritional food, overweight conditions.

Package #1: 28 Sessions, $60/Session

Train with me 2x every week.  I will design a program for you specifically based on your Fitness Assessment and your Body-Mind Health Consultation sessions.  I will adjust this program as we work together to make sure it will be sustainable for you at the end of the 12 weeks..

Package #2: 40 Sessions, $50/Session

You receive the same services as in package #1, but you will be training with me 3x per week.
