This is the original 12 Week Challenge Program, the first one in town and the only one of it’s kind.
Why 12 weeks? If you want to change your life, establish good exercise and eating habits to not only achieve your goal but also be able to maintain it, you need to form habits that are sustainable.
- You will work out with me 2 or 3 times per week.
- We will keep track of your weight loss weekly.
- We will keep track of your inch loss on a monthly basis.
